The Needs Table for the ICDBG NOFA has been uploaded to the Application Package on grants.gov. To access the Package:

1.) Click on link:

2.) Go to the Package tab

3.) Click on preview

4.) Click on download instructions 

5.) Open zip file 

6.) NOFA and required forms should be in the folder
