When Good Grants Go Bad – Part 2: Financial Management

Federal agencies are demanding greater accountability from grant recipients on how they spend and manage federal funding. The Uniform Guidance (also known as 2 CFR Part 200) includes even more ways to hold organizations and individuals responsible for when good grants go bad than ever before. This series will show grant writers and grant managers real-life examples of cost disallowance and penalties for non-compliance with federal grants. Lucy will analyze key process deficiencies that led to audit findings and demonstrate practical strategies for creating a roadmap to successful grant management at your governmental entity or organization.
